EFFECTIVE JULY 16, 2007 THE EMPLOYER MUST PAY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE LABOR CERTIFICATION. THEREFORE, DEPARTMENTS MUST PAY THE ATTORNEYS FEE. FOREIGN NATIONALS CAN STILL PAY THE I-140 FEE ($475).
